Our client is an international PR agency, looking for a Regional Director with significant experience in corporate communications 

This global agency is searching for an experienced, dynamic individual who’s passion is providing strategic communications advice. They will have experience in the market and be interesting in the geopolitics of the Middle East.

As a Regional Director, they should have experience as a communications director, within a multinational company or a global agency. They will be a strong leader, able to consult and advise clients, as well as managing realistic expectations. They must also be bilingual in English and Arabic (spoken and written).  

The successful candidate will have 10 years experience (minimum), ideally within a leading PR agency. They will have worked on global accounts and be up to date with the latest digital trends. They will have worked at the highest level of reputation management, relishing crisis communications in an ever changing global landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult clients at the highest level, with experience working with CEOs and Ministers 
  • Lead teams. Act as a driver on all accounts, setting the standard for the team
  • Managing, mentoring and teaching more junior team members
  • Make sure that the highest level of delivery is provided 
  • Media relations skills, and network across GCC and international
  • Ability to advise capably on a wide range of accounts across Corporate Communications (reputation management, crisis comms etc)
  • Experience looking after a P+L. The ability to manage a wide range of contracts in media handling
  • Enjoy working on new business leads
